Bahrain Mirror: The prominent human rights activist Abdulnabi Al-Ekri said that he received on Wednesday (November 9, 2016) a notice asking him to present for interrogation tomorrow morning.
According to Al-Ekri, the Public Prosecution asked him to appear tomorrow Thursday at 8:30 at the office of the deputy prosecutor Hassan Al-Muhaiza.
The reasons behind this summons are still unknown, however, the authorities have intensified their campaign against activists and human rights defenders, summoned a number of them, banned dozens from leaving the country, and referred some to trials over malicious cases.
