Prisoner of Conscience Suffers Cardiac Symptoms amid Jaw Prison and Ombudsman Negligence

Bahrain Mirror: A prisoner of conscience in Jaw Central Prison, Hussein Ali Saad, recently suffered serious heart symptoms as a result of the prison administration and Ombudsman ignoring his deteriorating health condition for a year.
The detainee, 39, who has been sentenced to life imprisonment, suffers from many diseases such as severe sickle cell anemia and hearing loss in his left ear.
Although he underwent surgery to remove the gallbladder, he did not receive appropriate treatment after leaving the hospital.
