Bahrain Court Adjourns Trial of 5 Detainees Accused of Showing Solidarity with Palestine, Demanding Stopping Normalization

Bahrain Mirror: A Bahraini court postponed today, Tuesday, January 30, 2024, the trial session of five citizens, until February 11, 2024. The five were arrested by the authorities on charges of participating in popular protests in solidarity with the Palestinian cause and demanding stopping normalization with the Zionist entity and expelling its ambassador from the country.
The riot police arrested Hussein Al-Jaziri (19 years old), Hussein Abd Ali Marhoun (18 years old), Mohammad Hani Mohammad Naseeb (20 years old), Mortada Rasel Al-Samahiji (17 years old), and Mousa Jaafar Ashour Al-Shaghal (17 years old) on November 11, 2023 after the suppression of a demonstration that took place in Karzakan in solidarity with the Palestinian people and their resistance, and demanding stopping normalization and expelling the entity's ambassador.
