Bahrain Mirror: Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim expressed that the Government of Bahrain joining the international coalition called the "Guardian of Prosperity" is a "hideous, painful and shameful" move.

Ayatollah Qassim stressed, in a statement, that "the members of the coalition falsely and deceitfully called it the ‘Guardian of Prosperity', while it is the Guardian of the aggression launched against Gaza and Yemen, against the people of pride and sacrifice."

While stating that "even though the people of Bahrain are innocent of the crime of normalization and the support it entails by the official regime in favor of the US, Israel and all the forces of aggression in their war against the nation, Gaza and Yemen," Ayatollah Qassim asserted that "the people are ashamed of this lowly position of their government."

He went on to say: "The people of Bahrain are in pain because they are not able to fight in the ranks of the mujahideen (freedom fighters) in Gaza, Yemen, and in any arena of defense of Islam and the Islamic land."
