Kamala Harris Confirms Israel's Right to Defend Itself

Bahrain Mirror: Kamala Harris, Vice President of the United States, said that she spoke with the Israeli president Isaac Herzog and Bahraini Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa about the "conflict in Gaza" and what she called "our efforts to prevent it from spreading throughout the broader Middle East."
Harris added in a post via her page on "X" platform on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, that she made it clear to the Bahraini Crown Prince and Israeli President that "Israel has a right to defend itself in the face of Hamas threats," claiming the "need to protect civilians," in the Gaza Strip and "increasing humanitarian assistance to those in need."
