Bahrain Mirror: The Deputy Secretary-General of Al-Wefaq Society, Sheikh Hussein Al-Daihi, reiterated that "the Government of Bahrain joining of the declared coalition of shame to protect the interests of the Israeli occupation entity in the Red Sea is a betrayal of the Palestinian people and the Arab and Islamic cause as a whole."
Sheikh Al-Daihi said, in a post on the "X" platform today, Thursday, December 21, 2023, that "the people of Bahrain can't remain silent on this betrayal represented in the Bahraini government taking part in protecting the interests of the Israeli occupation and its crimes, and participating in tightening the siege on the Palestinian people."
He warned Bahrain that "its participation in this filthy coalition makes it directly involved in the blood of Palestinians that is being shed every day."
He pointed out that "while our people rejected the ominous agreement of normalization with the Zionists, Bahrainis rushed to express their rejection of the regime's participation in this coalition."
Al-Daihi stressed that "Bahrain should not become a tool to serve Israel's interests in the Red Sea."
Sheikh Al-Daihi saluted "the heroes in Yemen for their courage and deep faith," praising their "facing of challenges to preserve the pride and dignity of the nation in difficult times."
