Poisoning Cases among Inmates in Jaw Prison due to Drinking Non-Potable Water

Bahrain Mirror: Zeinab Ibrahim, wife of death row political prisoner Mohammad Ramadan, confirmed that the drinking water provided by the authorities in the building No. 1 of Jaw Central Prison to prisoners, including her husband, "has a dirty smell and is not suitable for drinking."
She explained, in a post on the "X" platform on Monday, November 27, 2023, that "cases of poisoning occurred in the prison as a result of the use of non-potable water," calling on the Ministry of Interior to provide prisoners with water suitable for drinking.
