Bahrain Mirror: A Haq movement official, Abbas Al-Omran, stated that "martyr Ali Ahmad Qambar was prevented from receiving treatment inside Bahrain after returning following a period of treatment abroad."
Al-Omran went on to say that "the martyr needed doses of treatment that are only available in King Hamad Governmental Hospital in Bahrain. Despite how expensive the doses are, he was able to provide the amount, but he was prevented from receiving it in the aforementioned hospital in retaliation for his history of activism," which caused him a severe setback, and as a result, he lost his life.
