Bahrain Mirror: The Arabic BCC website published a report on the normalization results between the Emirates and Bahrain with Israel.
According to figures of Israel's Central Bureau of Statistics, trade between Israel and the UAE hits over $600m in first half of 2021. Israel exported about $200 million worth of goods and services to the UAE, and imported about $370 million from it.
The UAE-Israel Business Council, which includes more than 4000 businessmen from both countries, expects $1 billion in trade with the UAE by the end of 2021 and $3 billion in three years.
The bureau indicated that Bahrain's trade with Israel during the first seven months of 2020 registered $300,000. Meanwhile, no trade activity was recorded in the last 3 months of the previous year; i.e. the period after the signing ceremony of the Normalization Agreement at the White House.
The Israeli Economy Ministry anticipated growth in Israeli exports to Bahrain of diamonds and refined metals, and of imports of oil and aluminum from Bahrain.
