Head of Lebanese Supreme Islamic Shiite Council Dies

Bahrain Mirror: The head of the Lebanese Supreme Islamic Shiite Council, Sheikh Abdulamir Qabalan, passed away on Saturday (September 4, 2021).
The Speaker of Parliament, Nabih Berri, mourned the head of the Supreme Shiite Islamic Council and head of the Sharia committee in the Amal movement, Sheikh Abdulamir Qabalan.
Berri issued a statement in which he mourned Sheikh Qabalan as a minaret of faith.
The late was one of the most prominent supporters of the Bahraini people. He had called for taking action to bring justice to the people of Bahrain.
"Everyone must work to bring justice to the people of Bahrain and to stop the authorities from proceeding in their oppression against them."
