NAO Report: Ministry of Municipalities Gave Improving Livelihood Allowances to Employees, Contrary to Law

Bahrain Mirror: National Audit Office report for the years 2017-2018 said that Ministry of Works, Municipality Affairs and Urban Planning gave improving livelihood allowance to 23 employees on the fourth legislative level, contrary to the law.
It also indicated that the ministry gave allowances for extra working hours for employees without studying the need for that, which reflects a weakness in business planning and is contrary to the provisions of article 27 of the implementing regulations of the Civil Service Act.
