Bahrain Mirror: Minister of Shura Council and House of Representatives Affairs Ghanim Al-Buainain said that the total number of Bahrainis working under the temporary system until the date of issuing this response is 44 employees only.

Al-Buainain added in his response on a parliamentary question that all recruitments are according to the civil service law and its regulations, indicating that the civil service regulations do not oblige the Government parties to change the type of recruitment of employees, as the decision is left to the government parties in case they wish to lengthen the temporary employment duration or change the employment of the employee according to laws and regulations.

He explained that the Bahrainis working under temporary system in the civil bureau are in the academic jobs, in the University of Bahrain and Ministry of Education, to make use of their practical experience, as well as the assistants of municipal councils whose employment is related to legislative term.
