Al-Wefaq deputy Secretary-General, Sheikh Hussein Al-Daihi, considered that "the Bahraini regime's participation in the aggression against Yemen sheds light on its hostile approach."

Al-Wefaq Society condemned the attack carried out against Yemen by the United States, Britain, and several countries, including Bahrain.

Under hashtag Advocate_for_Palestine on the "X" platform, and on the ninth anniversary of his arrest, Bahraini figures from several sectors demanded the release of the detained Secretary-General of Al-Wefaq, Sheikh Ali Salman, and an end to the file of prisoners of conscience.

Al-Wefaq Secretary-General, detained Sheikh Ali Salman, thanked those who have shown solidarity with him on the 9th anniversary of his arrest, which falls on September 29, 2023.

Sheikh Hussein Al-Daihi stressed that "what is happening to the society's Secretary-General, detained Sheikh Ali Salman, and other free people in the prisons of injustice is nothing but a black page in the history of Bahrain which tyrants seek to write with poisoned pens."

Detained human rights defender Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja said that people should notice that their humanitarian, moral and religious responsibility requires them to defend the Palestinian people.

The Deputy Secretary-General of Al-Wefaq, Sheikh Hussein Al-Daihi, reiterated the rejection of the "filthy coalition led by the United States and Israel against Yemen," stressing that "this is the stance of the entire people of Bahrain in all its sects."
